WILL I BE ABLE TO REVIEW THE MAP BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED?

Yes! This is the benefit of working with my small business. I design, print, package, and ship everything myself. I will send you a digital proof to review via email. I am happy to make as many revisions as needed until you are absolutely 100% thrilled with your map. It is my goal though to provide you with high quality maps that meet your standards from the beginning to save time and prevent revisions.

If I have not heard from you within 48 hours from the proof being sent via email, I will follow up one more time via email, and then 24 hours afterward I will proceed with printing and shipping your map.

HOW IS MY ORDER PACKAGED?

Being able to provide free shipping is really important to me as a client-focused small business and art maker. Because of this, maps are not shipped framed; however, all of the maps designed and made by MulberryMapsLLC are in standard frame sizes for easy frame shopping or you can add on an Order Upgrade to have your map framed for an additional cost. Maps are sent lined to prevent excessive friction during shipment and transit and then rolled in a cardboard tube for shipment.

WHAT MATERIAL IS USED FOR MAPS FROM MULBERRYMAPSLLC?

The paper MulberryMapsLLC uses is specially ordered for me by my local paper company because it is THAT nice! I obsessively searched for the perfect mixture of durability, thickness, and white brightness. I am thrilled with this paper and have used it for more than 100 orders on etsy, my website, and in my store space on Oak Island, NC so far. It is heavyweight, bonded, coated, matte photo paper that is 46LB bond weight, 180 gsm basis weight, and 8 mil thickness.

CAN MY MAP BE UPGRADED TO INCLUDE A FRAME OR CAN MY MAP BE MADE IN ANOTHER MATERIAL?
